Custom built by FocusTest, our multi-site electro-mechanical test fixtures feature a unique carrier design adaptable to a wide range of device packages and test requirements.

The integrated fixture design provides DUT clamping, electrical contact, and coupling of the MEMS and thermal stimulus. The FocusTest test fixture provides the following benefits:

• The flexible Fixture/Carrier concept can be used for both manual load/unload or fully automated device handling applications.
